Privacy policy

Websoworks (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds websites, apps, and products for clients. This policy explains what data we collect through our own website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we receive your name, email, optional phone/company, the message you wrote, and the services / budget / timeline you selected.

Basic technical data. Standard server and browser information — IP address, user agent, referrer, and the pages you visited — is collected so we can operate and secure the site.

Local browser storage. To keep your contact-form draft from disappearing if you refresh, we store a copy in your own browser’s localStorage. It never leaves your device until you submit the form.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, quote, or brief.
• To send you follow-ups strictly related to that enquiry.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it to profile you for third-party advertising.

3. Who processes it for us

The form submissions are relayed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our own inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both process the data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as an active discussion is ongoing, plus a reasonable follow-up window (typically 24 months). You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete it (subject to any legal record-keeping we must do).
• Stop contacting you.

6. Cookies

This site uses only strictly-necessary storage (localStorage for form drafts). We don’t currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we’ll update this page and add a consent banner.

7. Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
