Terms of service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Websoworks website. Anything you engage us to build for you is governed by a separate written agreement — this page doesn’t replace that.
1. Who we are
Websoworks designs and builds websites, apps, and products for clients. You can reach us at websoworks@gmail.com.
2. Using this site
You may browse, read, and share our public pages. Please don’t:
- Scrape or reproduce the site’s content as your own.
- Try to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure.
- Submit false, unlawful, or spam content through the forms.
3. Intellectual property
The site content — writing, code, brand elements, and imagery — belongs to Websoworks unless credited otherwise. Client work featured on this site is used with permission and remains the property of the respective client.
4. Engagements & quotes
Anything you send via the contact form is treated as a request to hear from us — it does not create a contract. We reply with a proposal, and a project only starts once both sides sign a written agreement or accept a quote in writing.
5. Third-party links
Some links on this site point to third-party sites (client work, partner tools, social platforms). We don’t control those and aren’t responsible for what happens on them.
6. No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Websoworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
